Refund or Exchange Eligibility

Timeframe: You must contact Kratomall within 30 days of receiving your product to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for the return. However, if you are exchanging a product due to its quality upon arrival, Kratomall will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.

Condition of Returned Products: For a refund, the product must be returned in its original, unopened, and untampered condition. Our products are packaged in heat-sealed zip-lock bags that must remain intact for a refund to be issued.

Refund Evaluation: We reserve the right to inspect returned items and deny a refund if the product appears to be opened or tampered with.

Exchanges and Store Credit: To exchange a product or receive store credit, the original product must be returned. It does not necessarily need to be in an unopened condition. However, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or store credit upon inspection of the returned merchandise.

Non-Reshipping of Returned Items: Kratomall does not reship items that have been returned for any reason.
